Adding images with .tiff extensions in database and also in server folder

I want to add single and multiple images of .tif extensions to Sql Server Database and also to application folder. Multiple .tif image can be uploaded in a zip file. Max upload file size should be 20 MB. All this has to be done on we b server using Asp.Net and C#. Please suggest some way ....

I can take zip folders and open them and retrieve the files from them but I am not able to fetch the .tif images and create and image out of it. And saving tif images in the database is a problem.

So you want to convert tiff-s to PNG-s for example?
And what is the problem in storing them?
