installshield le setup files encrypt

I created a setup.exe file using installshield le, as I was browsing the installed folder I noticed that my program files .cs are open to edit and the source code can be viewed easily. is there any way to encrypt my software and encrypt the coding

yes I did. after creating the setup files and installing the program, the coding in the installed folder can be easily read and edited by notepad
