Action Link Not working

Some buddy help out from the problem.

On my MVC3 Application The Action Link is not working properly

when i click on the edit Link then it take me edit view but when i submit the data then again goes to click over the action link it is not working as previously pls help me out
i m new in MVC3 Mobile Ready Application.
