How to avoid Flickering in asp.net application

In my asp.net application, after calling each event, page get post back and hence get flickered. I want to avoid this flickering. I have used update panel, but using update panel, it create some other problems.
Is there any other way to avoid this flickering ?

Solution 1

You have to use AJAX controls in your code to reduce flickering.
The UpdatePanel[^] can help reduce flicker on the screen.

Post backs can, however, not be completely eradicated for obvious reasons.
