Solution 1

You cant add it, it comes with SQL. So you have to install SQL in client PC before using the application that needs SQL.

Solution 2

It depends. If you mean SQL Server, use SQL Server Compact Edition, otherwise SQL Server is required. If you mean MySQL, or Oracle, or some other DB, then I'm not sure what options they have.
