how to pass multiple cell values in a grid cell link

can anyone give any suggestion for this prob??
I've got a table like this

circle criticality val1 val2 val3
abc A--------------0 1 2
abc B--------------0 0 0
abc C--------------5 0 0

I hav managed to put hyperlinks on the cells containing positive values. The main funda is when I click 2(any digit),details of two(those number of cases) cases will be shown in another page...the digits can change by values and positions...I think if I pass circle,criticality and col header values then it can be done ....but I can't find a way to pass the values.....any suggestions how to pass them?? I dont want to add any link buttons....
any help will be heartily appreciated....:) :)
