how to make steganographer?

i want to build software steganographer.

which can hide data behind the bitmap image.

i have designed form.

but i don't know where to start.

how much take time to complete.

will any one please help me to build this project.

steganoraphy is technique to hide data, better than encription technology.

steganograpthy use lsb algorithm to implement bit replacement.

can anyone help me to devlope this software?
