I want to make an application of sending SMS Through Personal Computer.
please tell me how to do this.I am using ASP.net 3.5 & C#.
SMS will be sent only within India.

Then the provider you have to find will be an Indian one. How often do we answer this question, and why does no-one use the facility that suggests existing questions that have the answer you need ?

To me, "bulk SMS" means spam, don't you think so? I this case, how can it be morally acceptable?
