disconnect and connect my 3G USB modem with c#

my question is how can i connect and disconnect my usb 3G modem automatically in c#;
because I want to get the IMSI number of my 3G modem SIM Card, but when the modem has the status connected I can't acceded into it, and I get a port message error.
