changing from windows authentication to windows and sql server authentication mode causes problem

I have installed my application in my server .Initially ,the sql server was in windows authenticaion mode.Then I have changed it to windows and sql seERVER authentication mode.then I have schanged the password for it.Is it affects the windows mode.

NO I did this lots of time and i did have no trouble you can be ok. If you have a problem its causes migth be anything else.
