JSON File not loading when executing from Visual studio i.e. LOCALHOST

HI,
when iam trying to load a json file in table it is not loading when we are executing from local host,,, plz provide the perfect solutio.

localhost means when iam executibng the project through visual studio the json file is not loading the data,

and when i simply open it from outside of visual studio the json data file executes, and shows the data

please provide the when does it work and when it does not. make that clear... what do you mean localhost? you mean the published version doesnt work and the debugging mode does? Reply so I can help you.
