PGP Encryption on IIS Server

I want to encrypt file into PGP. Each thing is working on Local visaul studio , But when i uploaded on server. It arise no exception , but unable to create PGP file. I have installed gpg open source for encryption. I need this on urgent. I have search a lot but have not find any solution. Most probably the issue is due that IIS server not allowed to execute gpg.exe on IIS. How can i set IIS server setting so that IIS server allow to execute gpg.exe???
