running Exe file of vb.net on various PC's

hello friends,
i have developed a vb net exe which i want to run on various computers
for ex. if i have a central database and if i install my application on various pc's is it possible that the users on that pc can access the database with the help of that application which i have developed or is there any other way of using the same exe on different machines accessing the same database which is centrally located.

Yes..you can..in the connectionstring just replace your server name with IP address of that machine..

Yes, a high percentage of the millions of applications in the world do this. I would suggest you study ADO.Net
