Capturing Image in asp.net

I am using this link for capturing image in asp.net through webcam.
it is working fine in Firefox but it is not working in Google chrome and Internet Explorer

Please if anyone have the solution of this please help me

2)download code and integrate with your project.
by using this code I have completed web application for Student information store..
