Security issues in data base in desktop application in c#.

i developed a project of general store.

install the .exe file in the system.

if the window is corrupted, then how i can save the data which is stored in database.

and how i can get automatically get backup of the database.
please help.

Solution 1

I believe this is better taken care of in hardware with a RAID configuration. Backups get lost, stored on file systems that get corrupted, get missed, are hard to restore, lose data (data between backups), and are hard to manage.

The best way (in my opinion obviously) is a RAID array on the database server with a nightly backup system storing a snapshot off site automatically. Its safe against single drive failures and if the building burns down you only lose up to 24 hours of data.
