how to read data from sdf file to sql file

i have an old project which reads data from sql server compact edition. Now i want to upgrade the database to sql server express edition. i want to create a tool which reads all existing data from sdf file and put it into a sql file so that when i run those scripts all the data will be transferd.can any one tell me how to achieve this?
