Windows Authentication for multiple sites

Hi,

I am working on a module which is gonna be used for our multiple projects.
This module simply checks for Active Directory groups and users for each application.
I want to manage all using windows authentication.

I am able to allow and deny roles/users for single Application but not sure how can i do so for multiple urls.

i.e : app1 allows grp1, grp2 and
app2 allows grp2, grp3
when user load app1/app2, it should check into my module whether that group belongs to that application or not.
