comma separated tagging for images in vb.net

I have text box to type tag name for images, I need to tag names which typed in text box. For example when i type name with comma it must be covered with box that should hold closing option.


I dont know how to explain let me say a live example, When we type email id followed by comma in compose mail, it will be covered with a box

can any 1 say is there tagging facility in vb.net, if it is, then how to do?
