Hello friend

I try to make a report in which i have a several condition .
i am making a receipt of gym.
In this receipt i have a fields 1) Name 2) Monthly Fee 3) Admission Fee 4) late fee 5) Personal training fee 6) looker fee 7) sum of total
so i want that if i fill admission fee then admission fee is show in CR report ,if i fill late fee then admission fee disappear and only late fee show.
similarly in above given filed if i select only two field (Late Fee and looker fee) then only these two fields are will came in CR report.
means in this following requirement : 1) Admission Fee 2) late fee 3) Personal training fee 4) looker fee
which filed i have selected this will appear in CR report.

So plz help me how to apply condition on this.

Thanks

You could suppress the fields based on condition.
Suppress field in Crystal Reports[^]
And you could play with formula fields
Using Formula in Crystal Report[^]
Ken Hamady's Crystal Reports Formulas[^]
