Accessing MS-Sql Server and Using LDAP authentication in asp.net page.

Hello all,

I have a program in asp.net need LDAP authenticate for users and saving all my other data regarding the sessions in the ms-sql server. how can we access both servers and integrate in our programme. ~~please help as soon as possible.~~
