Get Title and Description from Youtube

I have a three text boxes like url,title,description on my aspx page. When i enter youtube url in url textbox then its video title and descriptions are appear on related textboxes.....plz anyone help me to solve this?

The above link describes to get only the Title of the url.In the same way you can also take the Description if the url contains.
