MediaElement doesnt show in some computers

Hi , i have a problem with media element in wpf , i use it and most of the times it works well but in some computers doesnt work at all , i mean it doesnt show anything , what could be causing it?

if anyone have seen this problem please guide me

Hi,

I have faced some simillar issue when we tried something with silverlight, the application created will have the different version, where as the silverlight plugin installed in the browser will differ from the version.

This needs a fix of removing the silverlight plugin installed and then install the right version for the proper rendering of the page.

This is not certainly the fix, you may try out this option also.

User has downloaded avi codec for media player in the machine, it got resolved.
