This is text to image, not image to text (the OP wants OCR, or Optical Character Recognition), basically taking a scanned image and finding all the text on it and converting it to simple text.

I need to convert image to text or I need a tool that compare Image(contains text) and notepad file
and give me result as a difference between two of them.
