How to prevent crystal report from refreshing

Hi friend,
i have a crystal report that has four parameter and i pass value to these parameter from c# winform which i use to filter the report,everything was working fine, until i clicked the refresh button in crystal report viewer.when i clicked on this refresh button,my report got refreshed and my values which i passed from my form to viewer got lost,now the report viewer is displaying the parameter prompt box for users to enter the parameters value manually.how can i stop this,how can i stop my crystal report from refreshing or is there a way to hide the refresh button in the crystal report viewer,
please i need help,your help will be greatly appreiated.
