Automatically make a new page when the limit overflows

I have a small social website where a user can make 'Posts' (Kinda like Facebook newsfeed posts) and i have a limit so it only shows 30. How would i make it so it automatically makes a new page for the 31st post and so on. (So like the first page would be blahblah.com/wall.php?page=1 and the second page would be blahblah.com/wall.php?page=2 etc.) ?
