Do a stuff before a row is added to the datagridview in c#

Good Morning, I want to do a piece of work before a new row has added to the datagridview in c#. In other words, I want to cancel OR override the RowsAdded event so that I can make my own event like OnRowAdding (ie when a new row just starts adding in datagridview).

With No success I am googling from two weeks. Please suggest with an example
