How to bind data for Html dropdown controls

Hi,
Good Evening

I am rendering an Html page in an aspx page where html page and aspx page are different.
I am hard coding for binding HTML controls by adding the options for select.I have written one method and calling for a control in PreInit event and like that another method for another control for example Gender and City .So I am getting data for one control and I am not getting data for another control.

How can I bind the data?
