SMS Notification using VB.Net

First of all Happy New Year to Everyone

I have a question, I am sure that all of you are already notice, well i mention this, Its the SMS Notification.

I came from the Philippines where the format of Mobile Phone Number are the following.

-the number must start with 09 or +639.
-the number must compost of 11 digit
Ex.
09XXXXXXXX
+639XXXXXXXXX

I can send simple messages using the ff. websites
1.http://www.afreesms.com/intl/philippines[^]
2.http://funsms.org/sms.php[^]

that both websites dont include username and password or any account just the receivers number(11 digit number),the message and the verification that show in the picture below the message content.

Now i just wanna ask how can i connect these websites through my VB.Net windows form application so i can send message using my application.

Note:Lets assume that we have an Internet Connection.

This is the first time i will do this so any suggestions,tutorial,sample code is accepted TY.

by the way you can also give another solution for these.

If u want to send sms through these sites then u should have an API for that, first you should know whether these sites providing any API for using it in your application,because of security issues most of the free sms sites are not providing API's . however u can find the example of using HTTP API here[^]
