I found the article on the Internet Wayback machine, but I'd like to download the code also and it's not there. Is there somewhere I can do so?

We can't tell: only the admins can. You can ask them by posting here: http://www.codeproject.com/Forums/1645/Site-Bugs-Suggestions.aspx[^] but there is no guarantee that they know either! It may have been removed for infringing the CP rules or it might have been removed by the original poster. They admins may know, but they don't have to tell anybody.
