Extract Orders from Amazon?

Hello Friends,

I am facing one problem regarding extracting order from Amazon,
I have listed product over there,But right now I want to fetch order from my Seller Account.And it will be put it into database.
I have Read Amazon MWS API documentation of order,and I have downloaded C# client library of order from Amazon MWS,
But in that library Amazon does not provide sample solution file,and steps how will be do it?
So that's why I am facing problem of fetching order from amazon.

So Could you please provide me any solutions about fetching orders from Amazon.
