Applying size attribute to panel inside modal popup extender.

Dear Developers,
Greetings...!

I have a modal popup extender being called on a link button.
the modal popup control pops a panel (normal panel) on the link button.
i want tho set that panel a size bcoz when contents on that panel increase it
expands out of the screen and it becomes un-scrollable.
i want the panel that gets popuped to be of a defined size and should have a scrool bar.
please help.
