How to I change text color red when writing any text in Ajax HTMLEditor, and remain words are in same color, and when delete any text it become strikethrough.

Hello everybody,
I have implemented an Ajax Html Editor and open html file to edit it.
I want that when I add any text in editor it's color be red and when I delete ant text it become strike-through in stead of delete.

If any body have any idea.
Please suggest me how do I achieve it..
