How to get exact co-ordinates from pdf and to draw (manual or automatic) zone with given co-ordinates.

Following caption we should retrieve each co-ordinates:
1. Headline.
2. Subhead.
3. Page Header
4. Image
5. Paragraph
6. Section

Can we retrieve those co-ordinates using any free SDK or Plugin to do this task.?
