How to autoincrement id in Sql server 2008 table by clicking button

Hey Team ,

I have simple task in Windows based application but doint know how to do?

I have table "Place" in sql server 2008 like

100 A IT MUMBAI

and I have button and textbox on form , when I click on button new ID "101" ( increment by 1)
according to existing Table id ,should be displayed in Textbox .

PLease help me for same.
