How I Can Access DropDownList Inside Edit Template In A Form View ?

Iam Using A Repository so i made a bll file for my methods

and i have a GridView , I want When I click Update , the data go to FormView Edit Template and Inside It I want to show clientNames From A different Table but the real value is the value from my Grid.

hope you can understand me :)
