I would like to implement SqlCacheDependency using stored procedure.I could not find any proper solution. I am beginner so please give some demo example,so I can implement it.

I'd recommend you to start here:
1) Creating a Query for Notification[^] - i would like to say there is a minimum requirements for creating a notification query,
2) Minimum Database Permissions Required for SqlDependency[^]
