Hm what type of reader are you using.RFID tags can be read and write in many ways by PDA or by RFID reader and writer.But mostly you will get the SDK for RFID reader it might be PDA or RFID reader.so check for the SDK.Mostly all SDk will have sample program in C# and in VB.Net check with your SDK.
