How can I not let user having access to windows in touchable all-in-one ?

Hi,
I want to develop a windows app for some all-in-ones that are touchable.I want to user just see and access to my app and they can't access any toolbar or desktop of windows.
My app runs 2 other software and I want to if computer will be in idle mode for 2 minutes every apps are closed and just the main form is shown.
How can I do it?
