How Do I Get The Signal Strenght From Multiple Wired To Lan Ap's

Hi,

I have 3 120° antenna's setup and as it is on a stationary ship the ship turns so i want to be able to connect to the antenna with the highest signal.
the shore send internet over the AP to the ship.The antenna's Acsess points are connected to a router.
i want to use VB.net to get the signal strenght out of the AP's.
They are all wired to a router. what i do now is disable the AP's and enable the one with the strongest signal, i want to automate this by means of VB.net
Any one can point me in the right direction, i searched the internet but what i find is for wireless network cards, and i am using lan to access the AP's.
