Anyone know AD9883A register value for the control register map

Hi, i having problem getting the value right for the AD9883A register value. Whatever value i get from Analog Device company, i cant get the VGA signal up on screen with the correct colour. I have tried the value given by the company and the screen just got blue.

My project is about transmitting data from a VGA signal to the AD9883A to convert from analog signal to digital signal. I'm using normal CPU with the resolution of 1024 by 768. This is the value that i got. Does anyone know the correct value i can use??
