I want to secure an SQL Database in client's machine from being opened or copied.
I mean if anyone wants to see the database structure, then he must not be able to see it. Or else if he tries to see it by copying the database to another computer and open the database by help of SQL Server then he must not see it at all. I want to protect it.

Is there any feature to password protect it like MS Access?
Please tell me is there anyway I could protect SQL Server database from being opened directly without my consent ?

If it's on the client's system, then he should have full access to it.
I would never install an app with a database without having the ability to maintain it.
At most, put some restrictions in the licence about what they can and can't do.

Refer - Security and Protection (Database Engine)[^]. Here you will find everything.

I guess you need "Identity and Access Control".
