Uploading a website on the panel...

i had been on this since yesterday, i was uploading a site on the panel

so i observe when i upload the web config. file i get this error online

Could not load file or assembly 'App_global.asax' or one of its dependencies. This assembly is built by a runtime newer than the currently loaded runtime and cannot be loaded.

if i remove the web config file nothing is displaying... pls help

Kindly help asap.
