DHCP scope creation

I have to write a function which can setup a scope in the DHCP server using the functions available in the dhcpsapi.dll.
which asks for marshaling and stuff like that.
I am not able to write it.
Can somebody help me with it please.
It would be great if you could give me some source code itself,describing how to do it

It's not enough to just say "I can't do it" and then ask for source codes here. Come back when you have something to show and people will help you to solve your problem, but don't ask for code.

On that page, there's a list of DLLs - look for "dhcpsapi.dll", and click on it.

BTW, a little effort on your part (it's called "google") would have resulted in you discovering that site on your own.
