Can please someone suggest me a toolbar which works for asp.net.I want this control to be free of cost.

Please give me some good links or please give me a dll

What do you mean by toolbar? if you are talking of menu's then you can find a lot here in CodeProject itself.

For free controls to use in ASP.NET, have a look here:

Lastly, if you want something totally custom, it would be easy for you to develop one for yourself. You can use imagebuttons/linkbuttons for the look and feel.
