How can I recognize electric keyboard (piano) sounds in c#?

I want to make a program which is connecting my electric keyboard (piano) to the computer, when I press "Re" for example, the program recognizes what I pressed. How can I make such a thing?

If your keyboard has a MIDI interface C# MIDI Toolkit[^], might be useful.

but I dont know how to connect with my midi keyboard
