How to make a WPF ListBox editable?

I am a newer of WPF. I have a project need the ListBox, but I need this ListBox can be editable.The item of the ListBox shoud be a TextBox not be a TextBlock. When I edit the item, the new value can bind to the collection. Also when peopele click to the blank of ListBox which has no value should add a new item.

Well, the add instances of TextBox to the list; what's the problem? I guess, it could be learning the WPF basics, including XAML basics.
