sharepoint 2010 event reciever for survey list

Once a sharepoint 2010 survey list is created i wanted to store the survey name and description in another list. For that i have created list event receivers(list added and field added events), but the problem is every time these events are getting fired like , when we add the title for survey list, adding new questions and finishing the questions all of these.
My question is how can we know specifically that survey list is created completely with questions, is there any property for that?
