How to manage session state with server load balancer

Hello Friends,

I want to know that , we are using three application server in my asp.net application. and there is one hardware load balancer. when user using website they hit on different different server as load balancer working process. so i have a interesting problem that, when "post-back occurs in page due to some control", OR "going with session value from one page to other page" . we are unable to retrieve session value from session because load balancer change my server so how to manage session state with server load balancer.
