Downloading woes

I'm have a hell of a time downloading from this sight. I would like to download the file (MotleyFool_src.zip) from the above location and all I get is "Page not found".

I'm using the firefox browser. What do I have to do to get this (and other) files?

2 things:
1. I am able to access the link and able to download both the attachments from the article. (Both IE & FF)
