Yes, use the Workbook_NewSheet event of the Workbook (select ThisWorkbook if you didn't rename it) in the code editor (ALT+F11)

You really first need to select ThisWorkbook and then select Workbook in the first combobox in the code window. After that the event can be selected from the combobox to the right of that, which holds the events.
